That’s easy. Just call us and we will arrange a “get acquainted” visit that is convenient for you and your family.
Is there a standard fee structure for Family Staffing Solutions, Inc. to provide caregivers for our family?

For the basic services including companions, sitters, and attendants, the beginning rate is  $17.95 per hour.

Family Staffing Solutions, Inc. observes the standard, 4-hour minimum rate for most of our clients, however we are more than happy to individualize a package of fewer hours for your convenience and if that meets the needs of your family.

How would I pay?

We  accept Personal Check, Major Credit Cards, and Automatic Transfer

Can you help us in a crisis/emergency situation?

Absolutely.  We are happy to arrange personal care assistance for all of those  emergency situations. Our offices will work with you on a window of time to complete the necessary paperwork.

You say 24 hours a day, but will I speak to a real person or a machine after normal business hours?

When you  dial Family Staffing Solutions, Inc., you will speak with a real person 24  hours a day, seven days a week.
