Becci Bookner, President

A nationally renowned, award winning speaker, author and educational program development consultant, Becci Bookner is also the President and CEO of Family Staffing Solutions, Inc. Becci is no stranger to setting the standards in care. In 1993 she founded her first successful service company and has continued that work today through Family Staffing Solutions, Inc.; having helped thousands of families care for their grown-older members in the comfort of their own homes and staffing more than two million, five hundred thousand hours of excellent personal home care. Her company has offices in several states and currently offers franchising opportunities.

Drawing from her stellar career in public education and inspired by her experience in professional elder care, Becci continues to author books and develop senior care services designed to bring families closer together and celebrate aging. Her latest book, ”Something About Christmas” was just published in 2011.

For the creation, development, and implementation of a childcare pilot project, which evolved into The Extended School Program (ESP). This program now serves as a national model for before and after school childcare, which utilizes school property.

Dana Cassidy, Vice President

Dana Cassidy has served as a Director and Vice President of Family Staffing Solutions since June, 2001. She was the Administrator of the Nashville office of Family Staffing Solutions as well as Vice President of Operations at the corporate level from 2001 until May, 2006. In 2006, Dana assumed an exclusively corporate role serving as the Vice President of Finance. She is uniquely involved with training and business management for the company and for its franchisees.

Prior to her work with Family Staffing Solutions, Inc., Dana served in several management capacities with the previously owned, personal care company of the founders of Family Staffing Solutions, Inc. She held those positions from 1994 until the company was sold in 1999.

Dana attended Middle Tennessee State University. She has been a resident of Rutherford County, Tennessee since 1989. She is a graduate of the Leadership Rutherford program of the Rutherford County Chamber of Commerce and remains active in business and community programs in Murfreesboro and Rutherford County.

Carol Williams, Administrator

Carol Williams has been associated with Family Staffing Solutions, Inc. beginning in June of 2001 when the Nashville office became operational. Her expertise and background allowed her to work in various functions of the business including Director of Personnel, Account Manager, Client Services and  was the Administrator/Director of the Nashville office.

Ms. Williams serves in of the corporate structure for Family Staffing Solutions, Inc. as a Director and Secretary of the Board of Directors.

Prior to joining the Family Staffing Solutions, Inc. team, Ms. Williams was Director of Personnel for the previously owned personal care company of the founders of FSS, Inc. beginning in 1997. Prior to 1997, Carol was affiliated with Jenkins and Associates for a number of years. In addition, she served as the secretary of a local Nashville church.

Carol is a native Tennessean growing up in Rutherford County. She attended Middle Tennessee State University and the University of Tennessee. She now resides in Williamson County with her husband and her two children nearby.
