Becci Bookner, Chairman
Author, business professional, speaker and program development consultant, Becci is also President and CEO of Family Staffing Solutions and no stranger to setting the standards in quality care for seniors. In 1993 she the founded her first successful service company and has continued that work today through Family Staffing Solutions, Inc. This company has helped thousands of families care for their grown-older family members in the comfort of their homes. They have staffed more than 3.3 million hours of quality personal home care assistance since 1999. Drawing from her career in public education and inspired by her experience in professional senior care, Becci continues to author books and develop personal assistance care services and programs designed to bring families closer together and celebrate aging.

Quality Of Life Award: Presented by the U.S. House of Representatives Small Business Committee. For the creation, development, and implementation of a childcare pilot project, which evolved into The Extended School Program (ESP). This program now serves as a national model for before and after school childcare.
Dana Cassidy, Secretary and Treasurer
Dana Cassidy has served as the Treasurer of Family Staffing Solutions’ Board of Directors since May, 2006. Prior to that, she held multiple positions with the company including manager of financial operations, Director of the Nashville office,and Vice President of Finance prior to becoming the Chief Financial Officer for Family Staffing Solutions in 2006. She is involved in all aspects of training, technology and business management for all the offices and franchisees.
Prior to her work with Family Staffing Dana served in several management capacities with the previously owned, personal care company of the founders of Family Staffing Solutions, Inc. She held those positions from 1994 until the company was sold in 1999. She lived in Rutherford County for over a decade and was a proud Blue Raider while at MTSU. While living and working there, Dana graduated from the Leadership Rutherford program of the Chamber of Commerce.
Dana and her husband currently reside in Williamson County and both love to travel. She says they just enjoy packing their suitcases and getting away. They love spending time with their two teenagers and two beautiful Pomeranian dogs who keep them on their toes. She is an avid sports fan, loves jogging, home re-decorating, and reading.
