Becci Bookner, President

Becci Bookner is no stranger to setting the standards in care. In 1993 she founded her first successful service company that addresses the needs of seniors.

Prior to that, this one-woman dynamo was tapped to create, develop and execute a childcare pilot project in Murfreesboro, TN. The Extended School Program (ESP), which provides before and after school child care utilizing school property, now serves as a national model and has been the subject of major media attention such as reports on Good Morning America and U.S. News and World Report.

For her leadership in this ground-breaking project, Becci was awarded the Quality of Life Award presented by the U.S. House of Representatives Small Business Committee.

Becci's latest book is Patterns of the Heart, Gentle Thoughts on Aging, which was published in 2007.

Dana Cagle, Vice President

Ms. Cagle has served as a Director and Vice President of Family Staffing Solutions since June, 2001. She was the Administrator of the Nashville office of Family Staffing Solutions as well as Vice President of Operations at the corporate level from 2001 until May, 2006. In 2006, Ms. Cagle assumed an exclusively corporate role serving as the Vice President of Finance. She is uniquely involved with training and business management for the company and for its franchisees.

Prior to her work with Family Staffing Solutions, Ms. Cagle served in several capacities of management with the previously owned personal care company of the founders of FSS, Inc. She held those positions from 1994 until the company was sold in 1999.

Ms Cagle attended Middle Tennessee State University. She has been a resident of Rutherford County, Tennessee since 1989. She is a graduate of the Leadership Rutherford program of the Rutherford County Chamber of Commerce in 2001 and remains active in business and community programs in Murfreesboro.

Carol Williams, Administrator

Carol Williams has been associated with Family Staffing Solutions beginning in June of 2001 when the Nashville office became operational. Her expertise and background allowed her to work in various functions of the business including Director of Personnel, Account Manager, Client Services and currently as the Administrator/Director of the Nashville office.

Ms. Williams serves in of the corporate structure for Family Staffing Solutions, Inc. as a Director and Secretary of the Board of Directors.

Prior to joining the Family Staffing Solutions’ team, Ms. Williams was Director of Personnel for the previously owned personal care company of the founders of FSS, Inc. beginning in 1997. Prior to 1997, Carol was affiliated with Jenkins and Associates for a number of years. In addition, she served as the secretary of a local Nashville church.

Carol is a native Tennessean growing up in Rutherford County. She attended Middle Tennessee State University and the University of Tennessee. She now resides in Williamson County with her husband and two children.
