Meet the Murfreesboro Team
Tonya joined the Murfreesboro team of Family Staffing Solutions in September, 2015 as the Personnel Coordinator. Shortly after, she became the Assistant Director, then on to Administrator and now most recently holds the position of Director. Tonya’s previous management experience and leadership ability have proven to be successful at effectively managing the operations of the Murfreesboro Office.
Nancy joined Family Staffing Solutions in March, 2016. Nancy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and was previously employed by DCS as a Case Manager. In her role of Scheduling Coordinator, Nancy’s experience in assessing needs and situations has had a direct and positive impact on effectively scheduling our clients and caregivers.
Cindy is the newest member of the Murfreesboro team, joining us in September 2016. Cindy is a 1981 graduate of MTSU where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Human Sciences and Marketing. After college, Cindy became a licensed insurance agent. Cindy then ventured out as an entrepreneur when she became owner of the Heavenly/Honey Baked Ham Cafe’ in Murfreeseboro, gaining 22 years experience in management and operations. We are fortunate to have Cindy, her knowledge and experience here at Family Staffing Solutions.

Walk to End Alzheimer’s
Walkers from all over Rutherford County join in to help raise money and awareness for Alzheimer’s Disease. Here, Team FSS is decked out in purple and braved the hot temperatures to show their support. They also raised over $750 to help in the fight of this debilitating disease and became part of the Alzheimer’s Champion Club.
Alzheimer’s Association Walk to End Alzheimer’s Spirit Award
The Alzheimer’s Association’s committee was impressed with the SPIRIT that Team FSS showed during the Walk. From the signage that was displayed and carried to the fun and laughter all team members had as they walked with smiles and plenty of purple. Team FSS was chosen out of 84 teams that participated to receive this award!!!
