Meet the Shelbyville Team
Amanda Lankford, Office Manager, joined Family Staffing Solutions in 2014 as the Scheduler, then took on the roles of Caregiver Services and Assistant Director. She completed Medical Assistant School in 2006. Amanda also has a background in Education where she was a substitute teacher in Special Education for the Bedford County Board of Education. A native of Bedford County, Amanda was the primary Caregiver for her grandmother, and it was in this role that she realized she wanted to be a part of Family Staffing Solutions.
Dee Burk, Caregiver Services, joined the Family Staffing Solutions’ team in 2011 as a Scheduler. A resident of Shelbyville for over 20 years, Dee brings 29 years of experience in customer service and quality control. This experience gives her a good insight into the job responsibilities and structure required for this position.
Maria Hammon, Office Support, has lived in the Bedford/Coffee County area for 30 + years. She currently is attending University of TN Martin in plans of getting her degree in Business Management. Maria is a Certified Health Associate through the State of TN and has 20 years of customer service and office administration experience. She is passionate about elderly care and looks forward to building her future with Family Staffing Solutions.

New office and ribbon cutting
The Shelbyville office moved to a new location in March 2015. The address is 768 N. Main St. The Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting on June 18, 2015 at the new location to celebrate. We are thrilled with this wonderful space and would love to have you stop by for a visit.
