Monica Hunt – Scheduling Coordinator

Monica joined our Family Staffing Solutions team in 2017 as a Scheduling Coordinator.  Monica brings 5 years of Operational Management experience as well as 13 years of Customer Service experience.  Monica has the understanding of the importance of giving exceptional customer service. It is this knowledge and experience that makes her effective in communicating  to our Clients and our Caregivers.

 

 

 

 

 

Melissa Elder – Executive Caregiver and Office Support

Melissa, Executive Caregiver and Office Support, joined Family Staffing Solutions in 2016 as a Caregiver.  Melissa obtained her initial caregiving experience by caring for her grandmother.   Melissa is a 1989 graduate from Pensacola Christian College where she received a B.S. in Elementary Education. She then taught  for 7 years in TN and KY.   Melissa also has 25 years of Customer Service and Administrative experience which makes her a good fit in her role in the Murfreesboro office.

 

 

 

 

 

Sabbrina Lozano – Executive Caregiver and Office Support

Sabbrina, began her Caregiving career in 2004.  She joined Family Staffing Solutions in 2014 as a Caregiver and then moved into the role of  Scheduler.  She currently holds the position of  Executive Caregiver and Office Support.  With 14 years of extraordinary caregiving skills and scheduling knowledge, she is an asset to the Murfreesboro  office.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Nicole Hughes – Executive Caregiver and Scheduling Support

Nicole began with Family Staffing Solutions in March, 2018 as a Caregiver.  In July, she became a part of the office staff as an Executive Caregiver and Scheduling Support.  Nicole brings 2 years of experience as a Staffing Coordinator and 12 years of Caregiving experience specializing in Senior Care and caring for individuals with disabilities.  Nicole states that she loves being a part of an organization that strives to help enrich the lives of others and that it is her mission to assist Family Staffing Solutions to the best of her ability. ”Every person we serve brings me joy in my everyday life”.

Walkers from all over Rutherford County join in to help raise money and awareness for Alzheimer’s Disease.  Here, Team FSS is decked out in purple and braved the hot temperatures to show their support.  They also raised over $750 to help in the fight of this debilitating disease and became part of the Alzheimer’s Champion Club.

 

 Alzheimer’s Association Walk to End Alzheimer’s Spirit Award

Michelle Thomas with the Alzheimer’s Association presents the 2013 Spirit Award to Team FSS.

The Alzheimer’s Association’s committee was impressed with the SPIRIT that Team FSS showed during the Walk.  From the signage that was displayed and carried to the fun and laughter all team members had as they walked with smiles and plenty of purple.  Team FSS was chosen out of 84 teams that participated to receive this award!!!
